Our mission is to empower individuals to make informed decisions about their education and career paths. We do that by providing tools to and through the large agencies that work with diverse groups of people at different times of their life and in different settings. In an increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) world, the need for clarity and guidance is more pressing than ever. We are here to provide the tools, insights, and support necessary to navigate this journey successfully.

 

Our Team

Raanan Haas: Our seasoned psychologist and career counseling expert, Raanan envisioned a future where technology could democratize access to career guidance. With a passion for helping individuals realize their full potential, Raanan founded the company in Israel and leads operations there where he and the rest of the team serve diverse clients, including youth empowerment centers, universities, colleges, and national internship organizations. Raanan is a sought after expert and a leader in this highly-developed field in Israel.

Yonatan Glaser: A social entrepreneur and leadership development expert, Yonatan brings a wealth of global experience in designing transformative learning programs for youth and young adults. A twice-founder and CEO of non-government organizations, he has taught social entrepreneurship and mentors startup founders. Yonatan's commitment to human growth and social impact led him to co-found our company and lead it in India, helping connect between personal development and career success. Yonatan has extensive global experience, especially in India.
